Bridal Morning Rundown
Happy wedding day Gorgeous! Here at XoXo we ensure your morning will be smooth, fun, & stress free!
Here are a few tips to help us make your morning AMAZING!
Please have counter space and outlets ready and available for us by the time we arrive.
Make sure you and your bridal party are clean-faced and your hair is completely dry from washing the night before!
If you plan on steaming dresses, please do so before we arrive as the steam isn’t good for hair or makeup.
We know most every bridal party love to have mimosas in the morning, BUT before popping champagne we ask that you announce it to the room so our artist or client isn’t startled!
To our natural curly-haired beauties, we ask that if you do not want to use your natural curl pattern please have it blown out and dry before arriving.
Make sure you get rest the night before your event, we want you and your bridal party ready and well-rested for when we arrive!
Be sure to have everyone in a wide-neck shirt, button-up, or robe to make changing easier after your services. If you plan on handing out robes to your bridal party, please do so before XOXO Artistry arrives. This way everyone is dressed and ready to sit in our chair at the start time!
If you are opening gifts we ask that you do so before your makeup application this way we can keep the tears away during that time!
Please have everyone in your getting-ready party at the contracted start time. We touch everyone up at the end so it doesn’t matter who goes first, everyone will look amazing at the contracted end time. This will also ensure artist timing to keep everything running smoothly and is more fun to all be together anyway!
What Is The Gift of a Grandmother?
XOXO Artistry strongly believes in making our bride’s wedding experience meaningful when you’re a part of our XOXO family. Like most women, our owner, Nikki, had dreamt of her own wedding since she was 4 years old. Since being in the beauty industry, she has seen the special moments through the process of the bride getting ready; and there is one special moment that always tugs at her heart. She had always pictured to have both her grandmothers on her own special day beside her getting ready as she always looked up to them and their beauty.
Sadly, Nikki had lost her paternal grandmother unexpectedly in February 2021, and her maternal grandmother in 2008. These tragedies altered her dream of getting ready beside them one day on her wedding morning. She was so close with both of them. One even called her her twin. So, instead of feeling like she missed out on her special moment that she would have loved to share with them, she would love to share that moment with all XOXO brides.
