It’s totally up to you! If you are an out of town bride, it may not be achievable to have a preview. That is OK! We can chat via phone, email or facetime about your desired look and any other questions you have. If you are local and would like a preview appointment we can absolutely set one up and help you envision your entire look. If you’d like to set up an appointment for your preview we recommend scheduling one about two months before your wedding.

We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of total service cost at the time of booking to hold your date and guarantee XOXO as your artistry. **The deposit is applied towards service cost.

Each hair or makeup service takes approximately 45 minutes depending on the desired look. As for the bride we spend a little extra time making her perfect so about an hour per service for her.

YES! We pride ourselves on the longevity of your hair and makeup. We ONLY use prestige products that are waterproof, humidity resistant, and sweat proof.

YES! We carry all different types of lashes with us and you can decide day of. Lashes are an additional fee but are included in bridal pricing.

In our bridal pricing, a touch-up kit is included. If anyone else would like one, we can make them one for $5 extra. A touch-up kit includes lip color with an applicator, a sponge with foundation powder, Q-tip, mints and bobby pins.

Please call us to ensure the best possible solution for you. We do welcome you to bring your own products but we are more than happy to discuss your best option prior to the day of your event.

Gratuity isn’t included in pricing. We highly recommend gratuity for your artist between 18-25%.

100% Human Hair. Whether it’s a halo, clip in or you have them professionally installed we can style your extensions as long as they’re 100% human hair. Any extensions placed day of by XOXO Artistry is an additional fee. Please call us for guidance on where to purchase extensions if you have any questions!
